Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after production are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 6–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within:

  • United States: 5-14 business days 
  • Canada: 8-17 business days
  • Europe: 8-19 business days
  • Rest of World: 12-27 business days

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partner, and can vary based on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Orders $50 and over qualify for free shipping in the United States. Orders under $50 will ship at a flat rate of $6 via usps ground advantage as a default, or the shipping method chosen at checkout for international orders.

If you’re ordering multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages since products are sometimes fulfilled at different facilities.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days or appears stuck, contact us at pridepossum@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived 20 business days after it shipped, please reach out to us. We’ll resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us right away — we can usually update it if the order hasn’t gone into production yet.

Once an item ships, we can’t change the address, but we’ll help you troubleshoot options with the carrier.

Every item at Pride Possum is made to order — printed, embroidered, or sewn right after you place your order. This print-on-demand model helps us reduce waste and make sure each piece is crafted especially for you and the planet.
